If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to CamOn!. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.

6. Video Chat and Meetings

CamOn! provides video chat features to connect users. You agree to conduct yourself appropriately during video meetings and not to record, screenshot, or share meeting content without the other participant's consent. Inappropriate behavior during video chats may result in immediate account termination.

7. Paid Services

CamOn! offers premium subscriptions and paid meeting features:

• Subscriptions: $5 USDT per month, billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Paid Meetings: Users may charge hourly rates for meetings. CamOn! retains a 10% platform fee.
• Payments: Processed securely through NOWPayments in USDT cryptocurrency.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER ON OR OFF THE SERVICE.

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMON! SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamOn!, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CamOn! operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
